IGA Supermarket

Supermarket, liquor store and seller of hot pies, pasties and Bakers Delight breads. IGA is located at 6 Yarra Street and is open from 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings from 8am to midday | Map

If you need something from a supermarket on a Sunday, the IGA at 92 Railway Road in Three Springs is open from 8am to 10am on Sunday mornings.

Lotto, Newsagency + Gas

Wallace's News & Drapery at 2 Macpherson Street (on the corner of Macpherson and Yarra streets) will have you sorted for newspapers, magazines, Lotto, scoop ice-creams, stationary, souvenirs, craft/sewing supplies, clothing, greeting cards, wrapping paper, LP gas; and they also provide an embroidery service | Map

Op Shop

The Carnamah Lions Club run an op-shop from a house at 42 Macpherson Street. It is open from 9am to midday from Monday to Friday. The op-shop has a range of of household items, toys, clothes and much more for sale at bargain prices, with proceeds going into a range of local community organisations | Map

Book Exchange

The Exchange is a former mechanical garage and showroom that has been transformed into a community lounge-room, book exchange and event space that features visitor information, free WiFi and computer access. It is located at 4 Macpherson Street in Carnamah and is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 1pm | Map

Anyone is welcome to swap books, CDs and DVDs or if you have none to swap you can instead drop a few coins into the donation box.

Liquor Store

You can purchase alcohol from:

There an ATM outside our local Westpac branch at 15 Macpherson Street, or if you need to go into the bank it is open from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday | Map

If you're in need of a hardware store you'll likely find what you require at Coorow Hardware at 1 Main Street in Coorow (27 kilometres south of Carnamah). They stock a range of hardware, water fittings, garden supplies, tools, parts, ammunition, piping, cleaning products, white goods and much more.
